      - Even though he does have a DUI he did the mandatory court work
      - Willing to cover his own liability cost
    - - Old Bosses talked positive about him
      - Worked in medical field
      - Fit in with various cultures

      - Has already hired 3 new people for them to all leave

        Company would have to pay higher insurance prices
      - Has rules that people with moving violation aren't able to be in sales positions that require company car
        
        If they were to hire him and he got introuble with the law again even more of a liability
