Event Experience
Co-host privileges to the speaker in advance of the session
Was not able to join my own session, had to join 10 min early, but could not join smoothly
Access the panelist link, struggled to get in in my own room, 2 min before the start, the link did not work
In event support
It was not very clear who to connect with before the event
Joined 15 min early, asked for the password, facilitator pulled me into the meeting
Last presenter: no issues with joining the room, no challenges, Tuesday, Friday was ok
Presenting
Feeling of being along, no way to communicate with attendees, strange experience, one man show. Recording podcast feeling
DO i still have people on the line?
Needed to submit slides to advance to the facilitator. If i could know in advance who needs to get the slides, who i the facilitator, where to upload them? Centralized location for all the slides???
Good job on facilitators part to handle questions, interruptions at the end of the section, it was good not needed to monitor the chat/questions, it was being able to unmute the attendee and let him ask live
Orka demo, no slides needed. verbal presentation, a lot more interactive session. It went really well. Used the recording into the training package for SBI. Easier to present/more impactful to show the application and use case. Step by step. Developing skill/training. Interact with data, answer questions, navigate, next steps

Speakers did not have hosting privileges, background was not up to speakers
Attendee Experience Survey
How do we get access to the user feedback survey results?
Was there a survey post-event and what is what the feedback received?
Debrief 15 min to inform the team
Attendee: hard to reach the links to get in, overall not intuitive, no calendar placeholder, email confirmation vs actual calendar invite?
Attendees: did not receive any confirmation for my registration
Event Communication
Change in Friday for Fin community, scheduling challenges, stay away from FR sessions
Having a full comm schedule and a plan in advance would be super helpful. Engaging other functions, other organization, having an engagement plan in place prior to execution would be very valuable
Sending reminders during event was somewhat misleading, event sessions were in progress, folks did not understand why they receiving reminders at that time.
Having dedicated event spokesperson would be amazing, and having a "summary pitch deck" that could be passed along to L2>L3? managers would be most effective. Building the network of sponsors.supporters in each org and leveraging staff meetings/AEMs to broadcast the message wider would be preferred for next go

template file size was huge, hard to work with, hard to load, end needed 5-6 times bigger than typical
