CONCLUSION
I have forward shoulder and forward head posture=thoracic outlet syndrome. β‘οΈ ACTION TO TAKE - continue with PT for thoracic outlet. For sustainability so it doesn't return- implement πͺ
weight training- βοΈ balance body- especially building back muscles. Continue βοΈπ Journal Speak- Emotional component is key too. Consistent πͺπͺ scraping too- right now weekly- should it be daily? Less bruising? Rotate through: ARMS, NECK, CHEST, LEGS, HANDS
NEED TO focus on BODY MECHANICS when working- also-

is over trained and left leg and glute because of favoring right arm and right leg- can I fix or balance this?

I have never felt this tightness before- SO strange and all over- it has made me wonder a few things:
