        A lot of the motor system is designed to learn in a reflexive way. Intentional control, is done by top down restriction. Nueromodulator is released adrenaline. It seems agitating and stressing. The brain creates lymbic friction between frontal cortex and lymbic system
        
        Is essential to changing behaviour: You have to stress yourself to change

        PassiveReflexive: As experienced by children. Doesn't require top down processing

        New research suggests that brain can change through experience. Eg: 1. Blind people reuse opitcal part of brain. 2. Trauma
        
        Plasticity in the adult nervous system is gated.
