Positive impacts World Superpower

Negative Impacts World Superpower

None

  • Countries think that America doesn't have a good military system because they couldn't prevent people from being killed
  • Other countries will be portrayed higher as their own high superpowers because they have their political system under control

Positive Impacts on World Superpower

Negative Impacts World Superpower

  • Many people died from the lack of restrictions and such
  • Trump was ruling and didn't make it illegal not to wear masks for a while because he didn't want to restrict Americans, therefore increasing coronavirus numbers.
  • They eventually handled the coronavirus and people are no longer in lockdown and they are starting to open up shops and such although they still have minimal coronavirus numbers
  • When Joe Biden became president, he then made a promise to have a certain amount of vaccines out by a certain amount of time. Not many other countries did something like this where they gave people an expected date and actually followed through with it.
  • During the pandemic, there were many other things going on in America such as protests for Biden and trump and protests for Black Lives Matter; which pushed up coronavirus and also made a bad picture towards other countries as a world superpower because they couldn't keep their citizens calm like other countries.

Because in less than a decade China had gone from having the same economic stability as Zambia to being the second in the world, there are many positives, It means that people in China have now increased in height and weight by large numbers just because they have had an increased amount of food to have access to.

Although the economic growth of China is a good thing, there is an issue with the amount of money that China has grown to pay their workers less and less. The average farmer in China is payed $600 a year to provide for their families and themselves. The average farmer in Australia except they are paid $600 a week. The same goes for Steel workers/construction workers except with $800.

Although there aren't any positives of the virus' origination, the fact that many professionals suggest that the virus was created naturally helps to prove that it wasn't created through a leak in a lab in Wuhan. If it was an unnatural cause then there would be great potential threats to China's reputation if they were the cause of an internationally spread virus.

Trump once referred to COVID-19 as the "Chinese Virus" because he thought that when you address something you should call it by where it was made or created. He thought an example of this was when people called Thai Curry "Thai Curry" instead of just "Curry" because it gave people a way to distinguish between different types of things. The issue with the origination of the coronavirus on China is the fact that it was originated in China in the first place. Because the virus started in China people assume they are to blame. The same way if someone were to spread gossip and when traced back the person who started it was to blame.
