What is the most optimal fuel for Venezuela, CROPS:, Diesels are easier to…

Diesels are easier to make than petroleum products and materials required for them can be derived from plants.
The advantage to this is that less developed countries often rely on exporting agricultural products such as wheat and beans.
To make biodiesel, a lipid and an alcohol must be combined.
For this ether fuel, only two components are required as well as a vacuum to achieve a high pressure environment.
The resulting Diethyl Ether has great thermal output and low greenhouse emissions. The downside is its extreme volatility so it must be stored appropriately and in a safe place to avoid accidents.

Ethanol is very accessible since it just requires sugar, a medium (like water) and yeast.
All of these are grown in Venezuela. These can also be by-products of refinery for the biodiesel, in turn to extract more useful energy from the plants and keep costs and environmental impact low.
