ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE
OBJECTIVE
The objective is to understand the meaning of organizational climate and its elements in order to know how they work in a company.
INTRODUCTION
Organizational climate is a set of measurable properties of the perceived work environment, directly or indirectly, created by individuals who live and work in this environment and that influences the motivation and behavior of these people.
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
It is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior whitin organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge towards improving an organization's effectiveness.
PHYSICAL FACILITIES
This is all the facilities used for developing the job. It icludes biuldings, computers, chairs, bathrooms, etc.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
It provides support for customers through information, assistance, and creating a trusting environment.

It refers to the monetary, non-monetary, and psychologycal payment that an organization provides for its employees in exchange for the work they perform.
TRAINING
Refers to a planned effort by a company to facilitate employee's learning of job-related competencies.

TYPES OF LEADERSHIP
These are important because the type the company chooses is the way in which all the work is going to be developed.
LABOR CONDITIONS
Working conditions refers to the working environment and aspects of an employee’s terms and conditions of employment. This covers such matters as: the organisation of work and work activities; training, skills and employability; health, safety and well-being; and working time and work-life balance.
