        Be care and alert of pupils' learning environment, their needs, social standard and interests.
        
        Set an example, be the model for them.
        
        Encourage them by praising and rewarding when they are caring and respect each other.
        
        Don't rush for punishment when they misbehave and break the rules.
- - - - Draw up various seating arrangements. Other than for controlling students and considering both classroom and pupils physical sizes, its purpose also to suit the lesson and activities. For example, discussion and collaborative activities best to be done in clusters. While presentation consume large space such as in the front of the class.
        
        Plan for the equipment, supplies and furniture arrangement. It is compulsory to minimalize space consumed. Other than for keeping the class clean and neat, it also important to guarantee safety.
      - Work on the bulletin board. Should be attractive, colourful but packed with simple and precise information. Establish ground rules so it will be more lively and effective.
