        be met.

        Sheds must be located in the rear of the property,
        
        cannot exceed 15 feet in height, and must
        
        be a minimum of 10 feet from side and rear property lines.
        
        Shed will be anchored so as to withstand 90 mile winds.
        
        Include base details i.e., 4” to 8” stone or slab.
