ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
It is the academic study of how people interact within groups and its principles are applied primarily in attempts to make businesses operate more effectively.
PHYSICAL FACILITIES
The structure and interior surfaces of a Food or Eating Establishment, including accessories, such as soap and towel dispensers, and attachments such as light fixtures and heating or air conditioning system vents.
AUTHORITY DEGELATION
It is the process of transferring responsibility for a task to another employee. As a manager, you can typically transfer responsibility to any of your direct team members. That employee may then decide to delegate some of those responsibilities among their team members if necessary.
MOTIVATION
involves the biological, emotional, social, and cognitive forces that activate behavior. In everyday usage, the term "motivation" is frequently used to describe why a person does something. It is the driving force behind human actions.
REWARDS
giving you a good feeling that you have done something valuable, important, etc. giving you money or profit.
TRAINING
Training allows employees to acquire new skills, sharpen existing ones, perform better, increase productivity and be better leaders. Since a company is the sum total of what employees achieve individually, organizations should do everything in their power to ensure that employees perform at their peak.
MORAL VALUES
Are the behavioral practices, goals, and habits which are validated by the society we’re part of. This set of values typically becomes embedded in our behavior through a long process of observation, education, conditioning, and social guidelines.
