Before the simulation; attent the class and listen to the instruction
During the simulation:

gathering the elements
deciding on the prioity
discuss each step along the way
open discussion and reach the agreemnet
Done and had small talk until the time runout
Trial simultation: Tuesday
After the simulation
Hearing the result; result showing synergies of the team work
Disconnect after the class
Feeling: What are you thinkging and feeling
Before: after the trail simulation on tuesday, I felt nervous to working with this team becuase of the communimcation issue during the trial session. We barely discuss and still confusing about instruction and yet, we did not talk about it until the time runout
During: During the simultaion on thursday, i felt relieved since everyone jump in with contribution
After; the simultation, i felt more confidient wokring with this team member. Besides, open communication already took off during the discussion.
Evaluation: What is good and bad about the expereince
Good

Well Prepartion: setting WhatsApp, introducing step

After fininsh; no revision
No discussion after getting the result
Took off with majority of team (relied on indiviudla responsibilities)

Level of commuication interms of dept; for work-purpose only or to creaet the strong connection

Aligning work purpose and building connect in the team

Put more effort on getting together with everyone on the team
Having consistentcy communication via whatsapp
Encourage building stronger connection between each member
Encourage open discussion to about the result and improvement

Instead of relied on individual responsibilite; using specific schedule to follow along the project
