my overall opinion
I think that if you where to want a pet it is best to make your first option adoption, but if the adoption center or shelter doesn't have your ideal pet only then will a pet store come into the picture. As the pet you adopt or buy is the pet you will invite into your home, care for, and love. Meaning you will have to be happy with its overall behaver, looks, personality traits as well as habits
I think that adoption is better than buying, everything listed shows that buying doesn't insure your pet is safe, well taken care of and loved. Shelters and adoption centers how ever also don't ensure that but have a higher chances of having a pet well taken care of. adopting is helping it by giving the pet another chance at life. I am not saying do not buy pets because they also deserve a home but shelter pets need love and home too
