        4- Be Committed and responsible!
        5- Work in a quiet place at home, and keep away from any distractions.
        6- Follow proper sleeping times.
        7- Attend online classes on time.
        8- Make sure you are well-rested on school days and especially on the day of a test.
        9- Make sure you reach out and communicate any problems beforehand, not after the due date.
        10- Submit your work promptly.
        11- Arrange to meet during office hours, if needed.

        Before the meeting, have a summary page of the student progress ready.
        
        Communicate specific concerns with the parents in an email prior to the meeting.
        
        Give the chance to the parent to share their concerns.
        
        Mention the positives as well.
        
        Send a summary after the meeting.
        
        Admins can join the meeting if needed.
        
        Few days prior to the meeting, ask parents if the need assistance with the platform you're using for the meeting.

        Be aware and avoid using negative body language.

        Based on previous experience, these are some tips for when meeting with parents:
        
        Always start with a positive feedback.

        Don't take it personally, and be professional.
        
        Sometimes, it could be good if one of the admins attends the meeting for support.
        
        Be smart and avoid drifting away of your main concerns.
        
        Learn decent methods to redirect the conversation where you want to focus on.
        
        Do not give examples of other students or compare.
        
        Be ready with solutions and action plans.
        
        Give space for parents to talk about their child and share their concerns.
        
        Show that you care!
