A. Sales
Setup own showroom sales team to generate showroom income.
Additional company income.
Showroom sales team will focusing walk in customer.
When showroom has own sales team, start from order part and after sales service can monitoring well.
Showroom sales team will stay at showroom, while if receive walk in customer brings project/tender. Need pass to corporate sales team/Ms Ivy.
B. Customer Experience
Well knowledge in product.
Follow up customer orders.
Customer feedback - customer satisfaction, customer complaint or customer warranty / compensation.
From customer feedback, we can improve customer service.
Facilities provided - parking, mini pantry.
Customer service team will calling walk-in customer to obtain feedback from them.
C. Inventory
When showroom has own showroom sales team - maybe we can topup stock (eg: high demands chairs) for customer cash and carry and want ready stock.
Utilize well basement as mockup sample area and stock keeping area.
D. Strategy
Promotion.
Achieve close sales rate.
Departmental collaboration strategy.
SOP.
Build strong and cooperation team.
Advertisement.
Sales strategy.
Communication skill.
Training.
E. Other Job Task
Department planning/activities.
Develops, coordinates & enforce system, work flow.
Financial records - forecast showroom requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditure.
Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
Observe competitor strategy.
Monitor showroom and employee KPI.
Keep track of employee performance, make sure the right employees gets credit for each sale.
Motivated employees to meet sales goals.
Responsible for all advertising, planning showroom events and incentive programs.
Nego deals with customer - responsible sales person for closing their own deals but showroom leader will step in when the customer particularly difficult.
