上下半身活動度不同
手肘彎曲

在Stability時,腳離地面太遠
使客戶盡可能讓腳接近地面但不碰觸,挑戰站立腳的穩定度

Anterior chain reaction
作Stability時有些人會彎曲站立腳,但需要提醒客戶不要彎去,試著著重在手臂的動作(比較能反映出髖伸程度)
提醒客戶速度不用太慢,速度快一點可以看出客戶的自然動作及反應,較有可能找出潛在的問題
Posterior chain reaction
重心可跟著Driver移動,站立腳反而要打直
Lateral chain reaction
雙手過頭,保持在Frontal plane進行動作
腳尖朝前,避免身體旋轉

站立腳不能自轉
可在站立腳上踩重一些

Gaposis
某個動作位於接近non-functional 的區域。這個動作在光譜上的位置,與Functional 之間的距離,稱為Gaposis
一般用來訓練的動作,雖然都會稱為Functional movement, 但仔細檢視會發現,他們還是落在non functional 的那邊
Context dependency
在檢測某個動作的時候,對於某個關節而言,這個動作代表什麼?
以跑為例,跑步時強調身體位在什麼位置、關節位置、肌肉關係、本體感覺、重力與反作用力回饋等等,這些都無法以膝關節等張力量測試,這樣的測試無法反映整體
