      - Article 41. Primary education is free and compulsory.
      - Article 60 Education corresponding to the third level of education or
        higher education, will be taught in universities and higher education centers and in postmedia education centers
      - Article 43. Pre-secondary education will continue and deepen the integral formation of the student, with a wide period of exploration and vocational orientation of their interests and capacities, within an education of a universal, general and cultural nature.
