Thrive phase – growing levels of structured workplace activity and classroom knowledge has prepared students to transition into formal apprenticeship standards with continuing but tapering levels of support. Those standards without mandated qualifications are considered where barriers exist, maths and English should be adjusted to E3 as necessary, all to remove barriers. Off-job knowledge continues from the previous phase but specific to the relevant standard while the apprentice begins to earn and independence grows further.
