I have a difficult time finding the motivation to complete my courses. According to my motivation diagram, I do not have the self-efficacy to complete the task on any given day because of my fixed mindset. The level of difficulty of the task is high therefore decreasing my motivation level. The availability of resources and support is present. The quality of instruction is present that helps increase motivation. The expectancy for success is present. My effort and engagement. My values are both intrinsic and extrinsic motives. This makes my effort levels increase to accomplish my assignments. Since I am not confident in completing the tasks successfully my motivation level decreases this material is very important for me in my field of study and will be used which is a utility. As individuals, we all value things differently and have different beliefs in our abilities, and I hope to improve my academic motivation so I am successful in the future.
