Step 3 (2): Counselor gets involved, supporting the students by observing.
Step 4: Setting up the meeting between Counselor, Teacher, Parents, and Director of Instruction
If all parties are in agreement about the students' behavioral issue, an Individual Education Program meeting is set up to evaluate the student's academic and behavioral issue.

Parents and Director of Instruction contacted and get involved
No motivation showing in the class.
Easily get disctracted or distract other student
Struggles with basic reading, writing,or spelling skills
Contact parent for the notification and check with them any acknowledgement from home.
Parent and teacher's relationship will be benefit to the student
