- - - - Grade F
        
        F-4: Teacher of Primary Education or General Basic Education with a university degree as Professor of General Basic Education.
      - Grade I.
        
        I-5: Teacher of Secondary or Vocational Education with a higher level Technician degree in the specialty.
      - Grade D
        
        3rd grade primary school director. Category (8 to 14 teachers), with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade H
        
        1st. Category (25 to 45 grade teachers) with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade L
        
        L-1: Deputy director of primary school, 2nd. Or 1st. Category, with the title of Professor of Second Education.
      - Grade G
        
        G-4: Teacher-Director, with a degree under his charge (5 to 7 teachers) with the title of Teacher of General Basic Education Final Cycle.
      - Grade E
        
        E-3: Deputy Director of the 2nd General Basic Education Center. Or 1st. Category with title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade M
        
        M-1: 2nd Grade Secondary Education Teacher. Category with a university degree of Bachelor's degree that teaches classes in the subject of their specialty.
      - Grade B
        
        Grade Teacher in primary school, in General Basic or in Literacy and Adult Education, with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
      - Grade P
        
        P-1: 1st grade teacher. Category with a Master's or Doctorate degree in the subject taught.
      - Grade A
        
        Teacher of Special Subject in primary school, in General Basic or in Adult Literacy and Education, with a degree in Secondary Education in the specialty
      - Grade R
        
        R-1: Provincial Supervisor of Primary Education or General Basic Education, with the title of Second School Teacher.

The educator subject to the Salary Scale, mentioned in Article 3 of this Law, appointed on a permanent basis, if his work has been satisfactorily evaluated, will be entitled each year, starting from the 1995 school year, to the payment of bonuses corresponding to their degree of seniority.
      - Paragraph 3. Bonus is understood as the increase in remuneration for seniority of teaching service
