Business Capability Framework (useful / how align with PMO / something we would want to be in scope?)
Do they offer a support service. Would they provide support point for 3rd parties. Include pricing structure/options you provide.
Need a high level sample SLA - at least as good as these can you meet these. (Attachment 2.2) / or ask them for options and prices (dont have to evaluate)

Q: Are we set on the specific outputs in the roadmap? E.g. Business Central v Finance. A: We are set on Microsoft Dynamics, but we are not necessarily set on the specific Microsoft Solutions in the roadmap. We envisage the initial stage of this partnership to be a discovery phase to understand our requirements and ROI in more depth and agree way forward. Clarity will come from that first stage
