The power to make the impossible happen, regardless of past experiences and current circumstances
=Executive Re-invention is a series of radical transformations, PUT at RISK the success you have become=>entirely different relationship with reality, with past, future and present
A taste of Power
What is executive Re-invention:is a series of radical transformations(7), you reinvent yourself by defining your reality of the past, present and future and your relationship to taking risks, winning, action, and being extraordinary; it is conerned about
different ways of being
, and how that determines your reality of what's possible and not possible.
Leaders must re-invent themselves first:
Be personally free from constraints and limitations of your own past (including success), you will not have the power to deal effectively with what is at the source of resistance to change (either your own or that of others)
-Need to change the way of being (identity of every key person)
CONTEXT IS DECISIVE: to alter the way of being you must engage with context: Creating context is a Cornerstone, you shift the way you are being by creating a new context from which to relate to reality
Language is the House of Being:
make a declaration and actions follow, THE CONTEXT determines the limits of your action
EXECUTIVE Re-invention
: you gain awareness of the
fundamental links between your view of the world at any moment, and the ultimate scope of your achievements and failures

-it focuses your attention, shapes your actions, determines what is possible or not for you as a leader

Your individual winning strategy: Definition: is not what you do, it is the source of what you do, a manifestation of who you are being => your behaviour is (your doing) is governed by your winning strategy:

Being valued by others: convincing and inspiring people, being likeable, energetic,

My belief is that I'm convinced of own right,
others see me as critical, proactive and arrogant => you do not hear others
What is the opportunity. Producing results,
eg: the times you speak and listen, the choices you make, what you ignore or pay attention, conclusions you draw, ...the actions you take =) what do I really care about?

The company was no longer the same ( no fun), not able to grow a team, not what was promised to me, no connection with MGr
If I stayed =) gsk bored, not seen litle children, never home ( wife and mother responsibilities) ,
Financial, marriage& mother failure, reputation, disrespect
Be in control
To be loved, being able to feel and live the life want, be excited and experience life, adventure, discover the world with new cultures, activities, not being controlled, being taking care off, listened to, feeling special
