Visualize the first letter of the word you want to spell
What does it look like?

Next time you watch a movie or listen to a song, pay very close attention to the emotions you feel.

Smell 👃 and Taste 👅
Imagine your favorite food. What does it smell like as a whole? Taste like? Really get detailed.
What if you break apart the ingredients in your mind? Can you smell or taste them individually?
If it helps, "cleanse your palette" with a drink or envision brushing your teeth.
Can you add other senses in - for the whole or the parts?
What is the weight of the food or ingredient?
Texture?
Light patterns?
Do any emotions come to mind? Does the food bring up memories that make you feel?
What else might be going on when you're eating this food? What sounds might be happening?
Space 🌌 and Time ⌚
Space
As you're walking around or sitting (or doing anything, really), simply close your eyes and visualize the room around you.
What do you see?
Where are the noteworthy locations like doors, windows, furniture?
If it helps, focus on one thing at a time
Number of windows
or computers
Locations of major furniture
etc
This will also have the benefit of making you more aware of your surroundings, and will come in
very
handy when you make memory palaces later
