Some endomorphs think they’re mesomorphs (Colino, 2019)

The reasons for people to mis clarify their body type is because many people are insecure, and critical about their body (Colino, 2019).
Mesomorphs diet:
40% of your calories from carbs (Migala, 2020).
30 % from protein (Migala, 2020).
30% from fat (Migala, 2020).
Many people exercise however, they don't exercise for their body type

People think you must only do exercise to lose weight and look good but you have to train well and eat well to get your body the way you want it to look (Colino, 2019).
