The challenge is 75 days long, and consists 2 workouts a day, one inside and one outside, drink a gallon of water a day, stick to a diet, read 10 pages of a non fiction book a day, and a progress picture everyday. Other stipulations include no drinking, no drugs. If you miss anything or break the stipulations or guidlines, you have to start over from day 1.
