Level3
is a level 2 online public service and allows users to fill out and send online forms (documents) to offices/departments providing services.
The payment of fees (if any) and receipt of results shall be made directly at the service-providing office.
Level2
is a level 1 online public service and allows users to download and complete the required documents.
Completed documents are sent directly or by post to service-providing offices or departments.
Level4:
is a level 3 online public service and allows users to pay fees (if any) online.
The return of results can be done online, sent directly or by post to the user.
Level1
is a service that ensures the provision of full information on processes and procedures; file; duration; service fees and charges (if any).
