: whereby an individual meets with a career counsellor and takes a self-assessment to find out the skills , task and values one desire in a job
resulting in a multitude of opportunities which one then read and consult professionals on and then liking a career and hence attaining a dream job

: exploring a career is actually chaotic and laborious
The Fantasy
: to do an assessment to discover what one excels in and enjoy
the test manages one's ability with the best career which then leads to life-long happiness

Traditional career success
: the traditional model of achievement in careers is related to developing skills in order to rise through the ranks in an organisation and this is the preferrer road for those who yearn for status , responsibility , a higher salary and authority
Security
: some people opt for careers which offer stability and predictability , these people prefer a long-term secured position over promotion
Expertise
: seeking a job which leads to technical or professional development and technological interest in order to be a highly knowledgeable and skilled specialist in a professional area
Freedom
: refers to autonomy in thoughts and actions based on values such as freedom and independence
Balance
: where other non-work values and interests are considered to be equally important or more important than the job hence such jobs must take into consideration of an individual's personal interest

gives focus and direction
: gives you focus and a clear direction of where to go , you know exactly what you need to do to get there
for example : if your goal is to lose weight, you will know that you should exercise and eat less junk food , your goals will define your actions.

: often the stress and pressure that we feel that force us to procrastinate and abandon our goals
