Stop and Search
Police officer must have reasonable grounds, they can't just stop and search anybody.
To look for stolen or prohibited items.
Power to Arrest
They can as long as the individual is involved in committing or attempting to commit a criminal offence.
The individual must be told why they are being arrested and the police should only use the reasonable amount of force necessary.
Entry, Search and Seizure
Police Officer has to obtain a warrant from the court. Will be awarded if there are reasonable grounds.
