        People with lower income can't afford even if they have intellectual capability to attend
        
        People reliant on scholarships, sporting etc
        
        People who live rurally still limited access
      - However also programs like HECS, allow more access.

        And the cycle continues as people are able to better educate their children and continually raise the education of their population

        Eg. Friends cast sticking together and all getting paid the same, never having one phased out

      - Starting an online service (price friendly) which offers practical retraining to re enter the workforce.

      - Not well know, however people might be more interested in democracy if they know

        Fragility of democratic freedom relies on freedom of speech

        Use examples of countries who have had democratic issues
        
        Eg. Tahrir Square

        How do we achieve this?
        
        Everyone would have to agree
        
        So many different values, religions etc
      - All countries aggreeing
      - Rights (Like education and gender equality being achieved??
      - Is it possible to achieve these things??

        Women still given less rights than men
        
        Legally supported to do so
    - - Corrupt judges
        
        Intervention in other countries possible??
        
        How do you impose justice system from other country??
        
        Is that ethical??
