To provide the tools that help diagnose, prevent and cope with issues surrounding the mind and body. Delivered in a palatable and practical format, without the use of traditional preconceived language.
Shoulder to shoulder we are stronger: To create a community support mechanism that people can lean on
Unleash your potential: Akin to a climbing instructor we strive to inspire, infuse and facilitate the skills and tools to allow people to climb to their peak whilst providing a safety net by taking a practical approach
We don't need drugs: To take a holistic approach that considers every aspect from environment to diet.
In Short: We are the Coldplay of your mind. A happy place that helps to keep the weeds of self-doubt out whilst inspiring you to become a better you.
The Problem
Vetting your therapist: Treatment by psychologists or therapists, all practicing a plethora of different methods and styles whilst the review of these practitioners is subjective
Steep learning curve: People looking for therapy struggle to find both the right fit and type of therapist that is most suitable for them at a time when they need it most
Type of treatment: Treatment choice can be based on flavour of the month and is dependant on the practitioner delivering it.
Lack of community: Therapy can be lonely and lacks community whilst the the stigma of mental health discourages open dialogue with friends and family
Challanges
Whereas specific conditions are much easier to both target and market to, e.g. addiction, it is important that we are considered as a place of inspiration that ultimately leads to a new way of thinking/life.
Different approaches can yield varying results for different people, inevitably we won't be the right destination for everyone so we need to take a flexible approach to membership and iterate as we go. Each module will therefor aim to target specific topics
Conversely we need to make sure that we attract the right type of person who we are able to help. Determining this will require further research
