Flourish phase – transitional activities have prepared students to make the next step to more structured, formal workplace activity. Independence and adulthood are developing, strong relationships developing between student, employer and job coach. Support ensures that students develop in line with individualised plans inc EHCP outcomes, plans support next steps into a more independent career while continued classroom activity develops knowledge and behaviors aligned to individual work opportunities and aspirations.
