Example: fantastic lady Abbie, she has worked previously in very draconian environments - got to do this, here are your targets, go out and smash them - she wasn't hitting her targets, hadn't done enough calls etc - she came to us and her immediate response was "thats what its like in recruitment" - thats what its going to be like here....Andy "actually, its nothing like that, that's not what we do, thats not our DNA, but what happened was she got 3 months in, quite an intensive workload, we didn't have enough staff, delivery team had more vacancies per head than they should have, she didn't understand the way to manage that as best she could, she ended up becoming almost ineffective, and she ended up in a position where "Ive got so much stuff to do, i am finding it really stressful, I don't know what to do" and she got really upset, and said "i don' think i want to do it, its just too stressful."
