Ageing causes the Nervous System to be weaker and makes the human body more prone to dangers involving reaction time as it is significantly lower due to increased age.
Sleep
Attention Span reduced which can increase risks for a car accident and other injuries. Brain may not fully develop and lead to neural disorders mentioned before. Immune system fights of disease when you are asleep so lack of sleep will make you more vulnerable to diseases which are not as harmful to humans and result in a shorter life span
The brain undergoes synaptic pruning which removes memories that is not accessed by us that often. The brain also develops and grows during sleep which makes it very important to have sufficient sleep.

Endocrine System
The Endocrine system causes the fight and flight response which activates when you are subject to large amounts of stress. This can cause the body to be accustomed in performance mode when you are very alert. This is very bad for health as prolonged time in stress without any rest leads to anxiety and then kill you prematurely.
