        Everyone has the right to education and the responsibility to receive an education

    - - D-1: 3rd grade primary school director. Category (8 to 14 teachers), with the title of Teacher of Primary Education.
    - - A-1: Teacher of Special Subject in primary school, in General Basic or in Literacy and Adult Education, with a degree in Secondary Education in the specialty.
