  - - - Enable a cohesive, harmonised approach towards inclusion across our school centred on the achieving excellence for all learners through the development of a tiered approach to provision, development of expertise across all areas of SEND and other barriers to learning AND regular high quality PL to all staff
      - Diagnostic hub implemented across the trust enabling and evidenced informed, child centred approach to all activity. This suite of assessments will be reviewed and refined regularly.
      - Provision that is personalised and meets the needs of all learners - exemplified through public sharing of successes we have had e.g. capturing overviews of children that have had a personalised pathway that has enabled success.
    - - Dance Live success to be exemplified and shared (all youngsters invited and enabled to particpate)
      - Financial barriers to be carefully considered and overcome through the effective use of attached funding
