Learning is a need
Educators as learner
Given opportunity to grow/develop as needed

Attitudes
Students as learners
Manager and administrators as learners
Parents and families as learners
Students, even the young ones, are competent individuals who are entitled to human rights
The rights to be nurtured well
Physically
Cognitive
Behavior
Social emotional
Adaptability
Psychologically
The rights to be heard and listened to
Have choices and can choose in regards of the study
The student's idea matter in learning process
The rights to be facilitated and supported
Be facilitated or have equal opportunity for the chosen study
Community works together in supporting the study opportunity
Differences should be treated as potential for learning and included in the learning atmosphere created
Differences as valuable backgrounds to be integrated in learning
Social inclusion (cultures and other social aspects are to be included as learning context)
Opportunity for students to learn from each other from different context
Personal backgrounds as a base of learning service
Inclusive setting class (include the special needs in regular class)
Learning should be plan in regards to individual needs
Learning is a lifelong process affected and affecting all aspects in life
Economic aspects
Social aspects
Subject matters learning show connectedness to the aspects
Themes are created with context from the aspects
Students are given opportunity to try/experimenting their idea for and about the aspects
