As per this claim, we see that we revised the solution but by the time we provided the revised one, customer's deadline passed. And he didn't submit the first solution thinking that it is substandard. We are of an opinion that the 1st solution was given in time so it should have been submitted. Hence now the customer shall prove back to us that the 1st solution was worth a Failed grade / Very poor quality and hence he decided not to submit the one. In this case, we can ask the customer to send us the justification stating the facts. Customer's statement should include the explanations proving the poor quality of the solution in detail followed by that he wants a refund as his deadline with university has gone now.         Customer says that he wants a huge compensation as he has to sit and find faults from our work and then getting them rectified wherein he has outsourced us for work (in other words - There shall not be a rework in the first place. We should work properly). We can say that in the business of writing assignment, at times another attempt can be required as it is about different levels of understandings from whats is mentioned in requirements / description to what is being written by the expert and then to what was actually required by the professor. AND TRY TO CONVINCE THE CUSTOMER WITH A NOMINAL COMPENSATION AT THE LAST. More than 5$ compensation shall be approved by the supervisor. However this cannot be given full refund because the customer has used the solution.

        Once it is established that the delivery is late then we know that the refund claim is valid and in such a case, it is important to convince the customer to not to go for refund. We can say that "I'm sure you've came for assignment in exchange of money. So please try once if you can be allowed an extension. If you'll be allowed an extension then you can use the solution however if you don't get the extension, then you can let us know later as well, we can proceed for refund then too.

        At times, we know it is a late delivery but we see that it was not completely our fault. We messaged the customer the topic name OR LoD OR any clarification but customer responded late. And there are situations wherein we can't proceed until such a clarification is responded back. Then we can put it back softly on the customer that we had to wait for the clarification hence we became late. So somehow the refund doesn't seem a possibility here however we can offer a compensation for such a case which shall be credited to wallet ($ 5.00) OR check the deadline table and calculate accordingly. If customer demands a little more then any deviation to amount shall be subjecting to supervisor's approval (CS SME or above).Here the customer can also say the clarification asked was a useless one and latency of response for such useless query shall be imposed to him.
