Patient Education
Limit the amount of sodium in their diet
Limit the amount of Vatamin c,coffee,tea and alcohol
Eat a well blance diet that is too high in protein
Limit foods that are high in substance such as Oxalate dark green vegetable.
Pertinent Assessment findings
Assess temperature and detect fever
Assess the duration,location,sevenity type
Describe the patient's fluid intake and diet
Assess personal or family history of calculi
Interventions
Assess patient for inadequate fluid volume,hypotension,tachycardia,sticky mucous membranes
Change patient position frequent back rubs,relaxation and imagery
Assessed pain and administer medication and ambulate when necessary.
Assess patient for concentrated urine and encourage oral fluid,assess the abdomen,groin area for brusing and report any redness or red color.
