Change patient position, frequent back rubs, relaxation and imagery
Assessed pain and administer medication and ambulate when necessary, to promote passage of calculus fragments
Assess patient for inadequate fluid volume, hypotension, tachycardia, sticky mucous membranes
assess patient for concentrated urine and encourage oral fluid, assess the patient abdomen and the groin area for bruising and report any redness note red color and report increased viscosity of urine related to bleeding
