The central characteristic of feudalism is that it was a mutal relashionship between the different classes of people.

KING: Gives land, receives service and loyalty
POWERFULL NOBELS: Give land and protectio, receive loyalty and military service.
LESSER NOBLES: Give protection, receive labor and help.
SERFS/ FREE MAN: Help and give labor, receive protection.

Manorial System
The manorial stystem is a system of agricultural states own by the lord and serfs and peasants made the labor. Here are the differents.
SERFS
Don´t have freedom. They were the nobles propierty and work on their lands to get physical and legal protection
FREEMAN
They were skilled workers and can leave the manor if they wanted. They need to pay the rent in order to use the land.
