Spleen:- start in RIF. Align fingers in direction of left costal margin. Press hand into endowment and ask for deep inspiration. Feel for step (splenic edge passes under hand. Continue towards left hypocondrium until felt)
Aorta:- Palpate with fingers just above umbilicus, note movement of fingers..upwards=pulsatile outward=expansile (AAA)
