一、我不怕黑

爸爸说：“不睡觉，我们看看窗外有什么吧。”
Bàba shuō:“Bù shuìjiào, wǒmen kàn kàn chuāngwài yòu shénme ba.”
Dad said: "If you don't sleep, let's take a look outside the window."
月光下，只见小狗在跑来跑去，
Yuèguāng xià, zhǐ jiàn xiǎo gǒu zài pǎo lái pǎo qù,
Under the moonlight, I saw puppies running around,
一天晚上，停电了，我怕得大哭，不肯上床睡觉。
Yītiān wǎnshàng, tíngdiànle, wǒ pà dé dà kū, bù kěn shàngchuáng shuìjiào.
One night, when the power went out, I cried out of fear and refused to go to bed.
每当夜晚，我就怕上厕所，也从不在夜晚洗澡。
Měi dàngyèwǎn, wǒ jiù pà shàng cèsuǒ, yě cóng bùzài yè wǎn xǐzǎo.
At night, I am afraid of going to the toilet and never take a shower at night.

我才知道，黑夜一点儿也不可怕。
Wǒ cái zhīdào, hēiyè yīdiǎn er yě bù kěpà.

夜晚和白天一样美好，太阳明天一样会升起。
Yèwǎn hé báitiān yīyàng měihǎo, tàiyáng míngtiān yīyàng huì shēng qǐ.
The night is as good as the day, and the sun will rise tomorrow.
二、我不想生气
当我生气的时候，肚子里像有一个火球。
Dāng wǒ shēngqì de shíhòu, dùzi lǐ xiàng yǒu yīgè huǒqiú.
When I was angry, there was like a fireball in my stomach.
我可以好几分钟不停地喊、叫、踢......
Wǒ kěyǐ hǎojǐ fēnzhōng bù tíng de hǎn, jiào, tī......
I can yell, yell, and kick non-stop for several minutes...
我好生气，有人在笑话我！
Wǒ hào shēngqì, yǒurén zài xiàohuà wǒ!
I'm so angry, someone is laughing at me!
我好生气，明明不是我的错，为什么怪到我头上？
Wǒ hào shēngqì, míngmíng bùshì wǒ de cuò, wèishéme guài dào wǒ tóu shàng?
I'm so angry, it's obviously not my fault, why is it blamed on me?
