Symptoms
Girls with Turner Syndrome may have normal heigh early in life, but then have a slow growth rate after the first 3 years.
Non-functioning ovaries are another symptom , which may lead to infertility
Girls with Turner Syndrome are usually of normal intelligence with good verbal and reading skills, however some may have problems with math, memory, and fine-finger movements
Additional symptoms may occur: a wide neck, a broad chest with widely spaced nipples, arms that turn slightly outward, a heart murmur, minor eye problems
Diagnosis
A diagnosis of Turner syndrome occurs when there are a number of typical physical features observed such as webbed neck, a broad chest and widely spaced nipples.

Treatment

Estrogen replacement therapy typically begins at the time of puberty in order to start breast growth. Estrogen and progesterone are given a little later to begin a monthly period
Regular health checks are extremely important for women with Turner Syndrome. Early preventative care is also very important
