Gender analysis: an assessment excerise to understand the differences and similiarities btw women and men (exps, knowge,cons,needs,access to development benefits and decision-making powers
Gender aware: knowing that there are issues, differnces, inequalities btw women and men
Gender blind: the failure to recognize that the roles+ responsibilities of men and women are given to them in specific social, cultural, economic and political contexts and backgrounds
Gender gap: a difference btw the situations of boys and girls, in terms of know, attitudes or behavior => differences in perspectives, economic and social preferences, exps, autonomy
Gender identity: refers to the individual exps of gender, which may or may not corrspond to the sex determinded at birth or social expectations
Gender mainstreaming: involves systematically intergrating a gender equality perspective in the desgin, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of interventions
Gender normative behavior: conforming w/ social standards about what are appropriate feminine+ masculine behaviors
Gender sensitive: acknowledging that differences and inequalities between women and men require attention
Gender responsive: being gender sensitive and articulating policies and initiatives which adress the different needs, aspirations, capacities and contributions of men and women
Gender training: a faciliated process of developing awarness and techinical capacity on gender issues in order to bring baout changes for gender inequality

Gender equity: targeted measures are often needed to compensate for historical and social disadvs the prevent w or m from being equals

Sexually diverse: inculde people who identify as lesbian, gay, biesexcuak, transgender, intersex
Sexuality education: equip the children and young people with the knowledge and skills about sexcual and social relationships

Sexual orientation: describe whether a person feels sexual desire for the people of the opposite gender
