decoration feature. They can be distinguished as

naturally rounded Connemare granite
boulder.
It was
deposited
from a
glacier
during the Ice Age (local stone in this area is limestone) This is known as
glacial enatic
.

Chiselling
to create a
raised design
.

Function:
Unknown. May have severed as a
boundary marker
or held
spiritual importance.
Decoration:
Incised swirls + triskeles.
Form:
A round
granite glacial
boulder.
Techniques:
