Natural resources are those elements of nature that humans use to meet certain needs that guarantee their well-being or development.
TYPES OF RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
Ethical consumption:
requires introducing evaluative aspects when consuming or choosing a product
Ecological consumption:
implies a basic production circuit based on the reduction, reuse and recycling of the different social products.
Social or solidarity consumption:
It is the one that takes into account the social relations and working conditions in which a product or service has been produced or provided.
PHASES ON THE PATH TO SUSTAINABILITY
1. Recognize the opportunity that exists in complying with the rules.
Ensuring that compliance with environmental regulations becomes an opportunity for innovation, developing the ability to work with others companies, even rivals, to implement solutions creative.
2. Make sustainable the value chain
Increasing efficiency throughout the value chain, redesigning operations so that companies use less energy in their transformation processes, produce fewer polluting emissions and generate less waste.
3. Design products and sustainable services.
Developing sustainable offerings or redesigning existing so that they are friendly with the environment.
4. Develop new business models.
Finding new ways to deliver and capture value, which will change the fundamental principles of competence
5. Create platforms for practices to come.
Questioning from the perspective of sustainability the dominant logic underlying business in the present.

We understand by responsible consumption an attitude on the part of consumers and users that implies making a conscious and critical consumption, which is demonstrated, both when buying a product or hiring a service, and at home, efficiently using the resources of those that are available.
