Problems with keeping active and fit
Obstruction of objects
Water Bottles
After doing exercise, it is almost instinct for people to drink water. This reduces the chances of being dehydrated. However, jogging/running whilst holding water does not only weigh you down, it is overall a discomfort. You cannot leave it on the ground unless you are running back to a set point
Mobile Phones/Headphones
A phone has always been an essential in our pockets, some sportswear have pockets that your phone could easily bounce out of, or no pockets at all. In the event of life and death, or even just to listen to music whilst running bc you are not a psychopath.
If the headphones are wired, they need to be in a certain trajectory so it does not hinder your movements, on the other hand if it is wireless the container needs to be in a secure place too, similar to the phone

Storage
Organisation
Since not everyone has the luxury of a spacious living room, most have to make do with the space they have. Having a cluster of gym equipment/clothes can be an eyesore and leads to items missing. Therefore costing money and unwanted stress.
Aesthetics
A sturdy, shelf/bar can fit onto a wall/in a room without off-putting the rest of the rooms/houses' design. It will not take heaps of space like a cupboard, but will hold more items than a simple box
Setting up
From not having the tools to just not being able to construct objects, there are many reasons holding people back. Maybe the manual is unclear and needs to be more wordy, or maybe it is too wordy and needs more pictures. Or maybe transportation of the product is a withdrawal. Regardless, the cupboard you bought from IKEA is not seeing the beauty of completion
