Oftentimes, people keep their stress to themselves, which makes it difficult for their partners to understand what they are going through and to provide support. Not dealing with stress can create a negative cycle where partners “catch” each other's stress,and this can affect negatively to relationships.
Academic
Persistent stress leads to low self-esteem of students, difficulty in handling different situation, sleep disorder, decreased attention and abnormal appetite which eventually effects the academic achievement and personal growth of students
What Is Stress?.
Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous.
Stress is always bad?.
When stress becomes bad it creates tension and you may not be able to handle the situations , in the absence of the stressor, you are unable to return to a relaxed state. Whereas good stress provides an opportunity for creativity and growth, bad stress reduces productivity and creativity.Sometimes, stress can increase our awareness in difficult or dangerous situations, allowing us to act quickly in the moment.
