The oxygen enters by the nose, then the larynx, the the windpipe and finally arrives to the lungs, on the lungs it travels by the bronchus, then bronchioles and the alveolis, on this moment the gas exchange happens, the alveoli is full of oxygen and the red blood cells have a little or doesn't have so the difussion happens because the oxygen moves from a place with high concentration (alveoli), to a place with low concentration (red blood cells), the difussion not only happens with oxugen but also with the CO2 that the red blood cells has. Now the red blood cells are oxigenated, and they carry the oxygen to all the organs and the organs give them the CO2, here is happening the difussion and the process is called gas exchange
