Example mixed students.
First of all, it is important to talk in the class about the importance to learn from diversity using examples. After, we need to rethink about what win or lose means in education and readdress the idea that winner is the best option and how to learn from mistakes. I definitely recommend use the Jigsaw strategy because we can create groups where the successful depends of the diversity capabilities. Finally I will based my instruction on Project Based Learning but focus in real facts and including some innovation results.
